Prayer
A ministry that prays for the specific needs of our church
family. This ministry undergirds all others of our
church.
Nursery
Provides the service of childcare during our church
activities, allowing families with small children the
opportunity to participate.
Children's Ministry
Fisherville Baptist Children’s Ministry is designed with
the direct purpose of leading children to establish
trust in Jesus Christ and to promote growth in their
relationships with Him. This is done through involvement
in the five purposes of the church: worship, fellowship,
discipleship, evangelism, and ministry.
Youth
In Fisherville Baptist's Youth Ministry the young people of our church
are
challenged to be disciples of Christ through various activities and
Bible study.
Sunday School
Driven by the Holy
Spirit to be an evangelistic, foundational strategy for
church growth by engaging people in a Bible Study to
help them know, trust, and accept Jesus Christ as their
Lord and Savior.
Outreach
Organizes events that encourage church
attendance, as well as make contact with members of the
church family whom we have missed.
Evangelism
Activities that share the Gospel of
Christ with others, such as Operation Christmas Child, the
neighborhood Block Party, and Visitation.
Discipleship
The
rotating Discipleship Classes at The First Baptist of Fisherville are
studies that focus on applying the teachings of the Bible to different areas of
life. These studies are offered on a
rotational schedule throughout the year.
Men's Fraternity
Men's Fraternity was
designed to help men come together and strengthen each
other through weekly sessions that combine biblical
teaching and small group interaction.
